Payment Information:

Keegan's Korner accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal for payments. We use a PayPal shopping cart to handle our payment transactions.

NOTE: Signing up for a PayPal account is optional. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card, but you must SELECT the PayPal option in the shopping cart payment drop down box in order to bring you to PayPal's site. This will bring you to a window where you can select to input a credit card number, or use your PayPal account.

To use a credit card, just choose the continue checkout button in the "don't have a PayPal account" window. And, continue to fill in your shipping and credit card information. Then, after you complete your payment, you can decide whether to save your information for future purchases or just continue.

We are proud to support the U.S. Military in any way that we can, so we also offer free Priority Mail shipping to legitimate military addresses. Thank you for your service!

International Shipping Information:

Most items can be shipped to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan (no international shipping on stained glass panels). Check the item information for any exceptions or email to confirm. Please email for international rates prior to purchase - we generally use Express Mail International ($24.00 CN - $26.00 AU/UK/Asia for 8 oz) with online tracking and insurance - usually received within 7-10 days. We do not add a handling charge, since your postage is quite enough! Please do not put an item in your cart or on your wish list, until you see a shipping cost input by us.

All items are insured with DSI, and this cost is included in the shipping rate.

Returns:

We accept returns on items that have not been used, tested, or otherwise damaged. In regards to cosmetics, we carry mostly discontinued items that are tried and true. You should already be familiar with the color you choose, regardless of how it is presented on your monitor (monitors will all display colors differently).

There is no restocking fee. Your full refund will be processed upon the receipt of the item at our facility. We ask that you notify us via email within 3 days of receipt, so we may expect the return.
