Throughout time, each month has had its very own guardian angel (cherub) - someone to watch over each and every person born in that particular month.

This is the guardian angel for December - Hanael, the angel of responsibility. He symbolizes wisdom, loyalty and the great strength that comes from helping others.

This is adorned with a couple of dozen clear crystals on the bottom of the case, and a larger Turquoise colored stone 'push pin' opener, to represent the birthstone for December.

This series of compacts is from the late nineties, and is no longer produced.

This is a brushed goldtone Estee Lauder compact, filled and refillable with Lucidity Translucent Pressed Powder in the shade 06 Transparent, along with a black velvet pouch and a gold gift box (not the original Estee Lauder box).

This last compact has a scratch on the cherub's cheek, but is not terribly noticeable.
